How can I track my orders & payment?
After logging into your account, go to Order History to view your order status. For orders shipped via UPS, a tracking number and link will be provided in your order confirmation email.
How do I reset my account password?
Unless specified, all orders will be shipped via UPS ground. Next day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping is available via UPS, as is FedEx shipping, or collect. Please note that a $4 pickup fee will be added to all FedEx shipments, and FedEx shipments may not be shipped until the following business day. Some parts are too large to ship via standard UPS and will require freight shipping, which will be noted at the time of order.
How do you ship orders?

Does Jenkins drop-ship?
Yes. If you’d like to drop ship, please provide your name and shipping location address.
Does Jenkins sell and ship internationally?
Yes, Jenkins ships worldwide. However, all international orders require a wire transfer prior to shipment. Please note that Jenkins charges a $30 wire transfer fee and complete payment must be received prior to shipment. Please call Jenkins at 800.438.3003 to place orders outside of the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico (online orders cannot be placed in these instances).
Is there an order minimum?
Not for Jenkins replacement fans or items Jenkins stocks. If the item is not stocked at Jenkins, minimums from the manufacturer may apply. If this is the case, Jenkins will notify you prior to ordering.
Can I return an item?
This depends on the item. If the item requested for return is a replacement part stocked by Jenkins, the item may be returned. Jenkins replacement fans can be returned if there is a machining or performance issue. OEM part returns are determined by the original manufacturer. Please note that parts that can be returned are subject to a restocking fee. For full details on the return of an item, please call us directly at 800-438-3003.
What is your restocking fee?
Our restocking fee is 10% of the sale price paid by a customer.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, Jenkins accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express within the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Orders placed outside of these areas must pay by wire transfer.

Does Jenkins have a supplier for Dayton motor parts?
Jenkins sells several Dayton motor replacement parts. In instances of an obsolete Dayton motor part, Jenkins can offer an equivalent part if specifications are provided. Please call us for further details at 800-438-3003.
What are Jenkins replacement fans made of?
Most Jenkins replacement fans are cast aluminum, but we also have the ability to pour brass, bronze and copper at our on-site Foundry.
What are the Ohm ratings for your thermistors?
Our Ohm ratings range from 20-250 for singles and 60-750 for triples.
